Provides direct assistance to nursing staff by performing basic medical tasks and taking care of patients; performs a considerable amount of physical labor  

Education: Graduate of BS Nursing or have completed senior high school of allied course or have completed a Practical Nursing / Care Giving course

Required License: BLS training certificate / TESDA Certification for Caregiving or Health Care Services

Related Experience: at least six (6) months of related experience

Knowledge/ Skills / Attitude: physically fit, knowledge and skills in basic patient care; knowledge in hospital policies and procedures; highly flexible and can work independently; computer literate, matured, can keep highly confidential information, honest and trustworthy
