الوصف

The Odoo Developer's overall job function is to create, develop, and deploy custom application programs and scripts for business productivity of the company. He/She will also administer and maintain operational stability of application systems and solution that will be created or deployed within the company, and to provide technical support and professional expertise to the company’s IT business and security operations.


  • Create programs, automated script and other computerized task that will enable user to have a much efficient work process
  • Collaborate closely with internal/external project manager and systems administrator for the enhancement of existing IT systems, infrastructure and security.
  • Maintain existing system as well as upcoming software solution that will be initiated for the company.
  • Maintain application and database integrity, stability, accessibility and security always.
  • Track, document and report identified issues, if necessary, with precise details to vendors and service provider. Escalate requests to the appropriate party as needed.
  • Participate in company technical projects and trainings. Complete special projects as requested.
  • Recommend and test software application or solution that will be beneficial to the company
  • Security patch/update application and management.
  • Collaborate with the IT team as well to other departments in resolving IT issues.
  • Monitor and test application performance and availability and provide performance statistical report if needed.
  • Participate in technical activities such as system, operating systems, hardware upgrades and migrations.
  • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Participate on capacity planning, network and systems design and other IT initiatives being rolled out by the company.
  • Train and educate employee when necessary for the proper usage of new software, application and solutions that will be rolled out.
  • Provide technical assistance and knowledge needed in collaboration to other companies and department.
  • Take part in security assessment and audit of all system currently running or to be rolled out inside the company.
  • Performs other information technology duties as required to support the efforts of the IT.


المتطلبات

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Software Development mainly web-based application.
  • Work experience in PHP, XML, MySQL and Apache. Candidates with programming skills and coding background for Python, Java, C++ and .Net are highly considerable
  • Has a working knowledge in administering and deploying any known or self-develop CRM, HRMS or even ERP solution. Any candidate who has experience in implementing Odoo ERP would be a plus.
  • Newly graduates with IT related courses with reputable closed hands-on apprenticeship training will be considered.
  • Able to create independent programs and script on Linux and Microsoft servers.
  • Candidates with previous software programming and development projects would be a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
