 About the Role

We are hiring for a fast-growing Web3 exchange, looking for an Accounts Executive to manage global fund flows across fiat and cryptocurrency channels.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fund flows (fiat & crypto)
• Monitor transactions across wallets, exchanges, and payment systems
• Perform daily reconciliation of balances and transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product)
• Work with external partners (banks, payment providers, exchanges)
• Support deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers
• Identify and resolve transaction issues

 Requirements

• 2–5 years in finance operations / payments / treasury
• Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or payments is a plus
• Familiar with wallets, exchanges, or transaction flows
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Open to relocating to Dubai
