Job Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Responsible for acquiring agents in global markets and driving the onboarding process for new agents (English-speaking and smaller language markets).
• Social Media Operations: Proficient in the target market’s social media channels, capable of curating and creating engaging social content with tailored strategies.
• Relationship Management: Establish long-term collaborative partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and activity levels.
• Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and expand market channels.
• Performance Growth: Drive increases in agent trading volume; meeting predetermined performance KPIs qualifies you for additional bonus incentives.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of business development or commercial experience in cryptocurrency exchanges; candidates with existing industry resources will be preferred.
• Core Competencies: Skilled in client acquisition and relationship management, with sharp market insight and excellent business negotiation skills.
• Work Mindset: Goal-oriented and performance-driven, with a strong desire to achieve high bonus rewards.
