- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or customer feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, excellent customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong people skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shift work.
