Job Description
Description
- Follow Discard Rule to determine if a case should be discarded or not
- Identify user intention
- Follow Rating Process as per user intention to rate dimensions of each choice based Rating Rules.
- Decide eligible choices as case result.
- Calibration with the internal team or client's side to align on policy understandings
Requirements
- An up-to-date PC or Mac and a stable Internet connection
- Strong communication skills
- Experience is an advantage, but not required for fast learners with strong adaptability.
- Proactive and engaged – takes initiative and actively participates in team discussions.
- Team player – able to collaborate effectively and respect different perspectives.
- Open-minded and receptive to feedback – willing to consider different viewpoints and solutions.
- Can work Monday - Friday; 5-6 days per day (between 10 am - 7 pm)
