Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates / with or without experience can apply
• Can work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, reporting).
• Comfortable navigating and learning various tools and software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough verification of information and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain and update records using Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Generate and manage reports using formulas, data validation, and other spreadsheet tools.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external parties to confirm details or resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize various software and systems to perform verification tasks efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support other administrative and operational functions as needed.
