About Trimmi

• Trimmi is a consumer health & nutrition app helping young people build better eating habits with less effort.
• We’re growing fast and are looking for someone who enjoys helping users, solving problems, and improving everyday product experiences.

What you’ll do

You’ll be on the front line of the product, working directly with real users:

• Support and onboard users using the app
• Answer questions and help solve everyday issues
• Collect user feedback and identify patterns
• Share insights with product and growth teams
• Assist with day-to-day operations and process improvements

No coding. No technical background required.

• Clear written and spoken communication
• Empathy and a problem-solving mindset
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Interest in apps, SaaS, or digital products (as a user is enough)
