We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

· Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

· Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

· Provide product/service information to customers as required

· Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery

Requirements

· Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field

· 1–2 years experience in a customer service role

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite

· Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs

· Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
