Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders. This role is ideal for those who enjoy helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences across various industries.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Process orders, payments, returns, and account changes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Assist in selling products or services when applicable


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 6 months of CSR experience
  • Must have handled a voice account
  • Open to undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of relevant experience
