• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Document all customer interactions using the company’s CRM tools.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting performance metrics such as quality, AHT, and attendance.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

For College Graduates (with or without experience):

• Must be a College Graduate (any course).
• No BPO experience required—fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.

For Undergraduates (6 months–1 year experience):

• At least 2 years completed in college (or equivalent).
• 6 months to 1 year BPO experience in a customer service, sales, or support account.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls.
