Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls/messages to introduce and promote company services
• Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers professionally
• Communicate value propositions effectively to generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Send confirmations and timely follow-ups
• Reconnect with warm leads to boost conversions
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
• Comfortable working night shifts (8 hours)
• Target-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
