Job Description
1. 客户名单对接：接收公司统一分配的意向客户名单，按要求及时联系客户，完成客户初次触达。
2. 资料推送讲解：向客户发送公司产品、项目全套宣传资料，清晰介绍基础产品信息，解答客户基础疑问。
3. 客户初步跟进：记录客户咨询意向、顾虑、需求，做好客户信息分类登记，持续跟进潜在意向客户。
4. 信息同步反馈：每日整理客户沟通记录，同步客户意向、未成交原因等信息给到主管，完成每日工作台账。
5. 完成工作指标：按照团队要求，完成每日客户拨打、触达、资料推送基础量化任务。
6. 维护企业形象：沟通期间保持礼貌专业的沟通语气，规范使用公司统一话术，树立公司良好对外形象。
