If you come from BPO training, corporate communications, VA work, or teaching — and you hold a 4-year degree with strong spoken English — EDGE Tutor has a premium ESL role for you.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Learners: Adult Professionals and Corporate Clients

Session Type: 1-on-1 and Small Group Training

Markets: APAC, LATAM, Europe

Teaching Commitment

Available Teaching Blocks:

• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM

Peak Hours: High booking demand across all time blocks ensures consistent utilization.

• Minimum 25 teaching hours per week for part-time

• Two rest days weekly, with at least one weekend day preferred

Compensation

• ₱180–₱220 per hour (per booking)

• Average 90% booking rate

• Potential monthly earnings up to ₱40,000

• Paid training included

• Performance-based incentives available

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Business English lessons for adult learners

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small group training sessions

• Focus on professional communication, fluency, and workplace English

• Provide personalized feedback to support learner progress

• Track attendance and learning outcomes

• Adapt teaching methods based on learner level and background

• Follow structured lesson frameworks and quality standards

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching programs

Minimum Requirements:

• University graduate (Any 4-year course)
• Bachelor's Diploma and Transcript of Record (TOR)
• TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hrs+) – or willingness to obtain during training
• Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level – EFSET required
• Philippine-issued bank account (for payroll purposes)

Preferred Experience:

• Business English instruction

• Corporate training, BPO, VA, or client-facing roles

• ESL or online tutoring experience

No Teaching Experience Required

Structured training and full support are provided. We welcome:

Technical Requirements
