We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. • Sub-ledger data reconciliation with Cession statements and GL accounts
• Read and interpret complex contract terms and create cession statements.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems.
• Create/Download reinsurance remittances program data and standard templates.
• Audit program remittance statements Calculation accuracy
• Organize data from accounts submitting requests for insurance and reinsurance.
• Identify data needs and discrepancies.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, accuracy and delivery on a timely manner
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Monitor and analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and analysis as needed.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to collect, organize, process, and disseminate significant amounts of information timely
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
