Responsibilities:

Deeply understand business architecture and requirements; conduct technology selection, technical research, system architecture design, and implement coding.

Responsible for writing and iterating the core code of the business platform (OTC trading, POBO payments, fund settlement, KYC/AML).

Participate in requirements reviews, provide constructive feedback, and independently complete the design and development of certain modules.

Identify issues in designs promptly and propose solutions.

Overcome challenges and technical difficulties associated with high concurrency, high stability requirements, and complex business models.

Integrate third-party services (bank APIs, blockchain nodes, KYC service providers, payment channels).

Optimize system performance, resolve production issues, and participate in troubleshooting and incident response.

Requirements:

Proficient with mainstream Java development frameworks and experienced in multithreaded concurrent applications, such as the Spring ecosystem; familiar with Spring Boot, MyBatis, etc.;

Skilled in using one or two frameworks among Node.js, React.js, NestJS, Vue.js;

Familiar with web development, proficient with the HTTP protocol, understanding of RESTful API design principles and specifications, gRPC and other RPC framework principles;

Knowledgeable in API security, gateway, JWT and OAuth2.0, encryption/decryption, and data security technologies;

Familiar with Redis cache design and common caching patterns;

Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL, capable of database design and optimization; experienced in large-scale system design and development, familiar with techniques such as MySQL sharding, data migration, and large data volume processing;

Familiar with messaging middleware such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, RocketMQ;

Familiar with Telegram Bot API and core features; proficient in mainstream frameworks such as Telegraf.js (Node.js) or python-telegram-bot;

Understanding of designing, monitoring, and operating high-concurrency, high-reliability systems, such as load balancing, clustering, application monitoring, capacity planning, traffic control, troubleshooting, log collection, and analysis;

Proficient with Linux and common Docker container commands;

Experience in financial business or web3.0 industry is preferred.
