The position requires at least 2 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in a warehouse or trading environment. The candidate must be proficient in payroll accounting, knowledgeable in DOLE regulations, Philippine labor laws, and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Strong MS Office skills, communication abilities, and organizational skills are essential, along with readiness for occasional fieldwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Prepare payroll and ensure accurate government remittances and compliance with labor laws.
  • Training & Performance: Conduct orientations, safety training, and assist in performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations: Address attendance and disciplinary issues, handle grievances, and promote a safe workplace.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, documentation, and coordination between the warehouse and head office.
