Role:

• Lead a High-Performing Team – Recruit, mentor, and guide a staff of four who manage Travel Agents, fostering collaboration, performance, and growth.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships – Build and strengthen relationships with key travel agent accounts to increase sales volume and ensure long-term business success.
• Deliver Strong Results – Drive sales across product lines, manage expenses, optimize profitability, and capitalize on seasonal opportunities.
• Manage Performance Proactively – Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to help your team and partner agencies achieve their targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales management or territory management (travel, insurance, or related industries preferred).
• Previously handled commission-based agents, agencies or brokers.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• 70-80% field work | Willingness to travel across Luzon as needed.
