Job Responsibilities 1. Fundraising and Business Development: Lead fundraising efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Develop and execute tailored fundraising strategies. 2. Investor Relationship Management: Manage investor allocations assigned by the company, guiding product subscriptions through strategic presentations and return analyses. Maintain existing LP relationships and conduct regular in-depth communications. 3. Technical Communication: Utilize quantitative strategy expertise to clearly explain fund strategy principles, risk-control mechanisms, and performance-attribution logic to investors, and address technical inquiries. 4. Reporting: Prepare periodic LP reports covering key content such as fund performance metrics, strategy execution updates, and market analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 5. Resource Coordination: Expand and maintain ecosystem partnerships with exchanges and industry collaborators, building cross-institutional communication channels to support fund operations. 6. Collaboration: Assist senior management with investor meetings, roadshows, and other market-development activities. Requirements 1. Established investor network—including high-net-worth clients and institutional LPs—able to rapidly initiate fundraising activities. 2. Mastery of core quantitative trading logic and familiarity with common strategies such as market-neutral and arbitrage, with the ability to convey strategy value precisely. 3. Strong financial-analysis skills and proficiency in drafting investor reports, clearly presenting fund operational data and performance. 4. Fluent bilingual communication in English and Chinese, with the ability to operate effectively in APAC cross-cultural environments. Preferred Qualifications 1. Prior experience in IR or investment-management roles at reputable hedge funds, family offices, or crypto funds, with a successful fundraising track record. 2. Deep understanding of the crypto market, including major exchanges and on-chain assets. 3. Knowledge of compliance and risk-management practices to support the fund’s compliant operations in APAC.
