Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 负责游戏的日常运营工作，包括活动执行、内容发布、用户维护和问题跟进；
2. 配合客服团队处理用户反馈、常见问题和异常情况，提升用户满意度与留存；
3. 负责海外社群日常维护与活跃，通知触达、用户沟通和氛围维护；
4. 定期整理运营数据，输出核心数据总结与分析报告，跟踪新增、活跃、留存、付费、流失、社群活跃度等核心指标，并通过数据发现问题，提出优化建议；
5. 熟练使用 GPT、Gemini 等主流AI工具，应用于文案整理、活动方案辅助、用户反馈归类、数据总结、话术优化等工作，提升运营效率；
6. 与客服、社群、产品、市场等团队协作，推动运营问题落地解决，协助优化活动玩法、用户路径和运营策略。
任职要求：
1. 具备2年以上印度游戏或相关行业工作经验，无相关经验者不考虑；
2. 有客服或社群运营相关工作经验；
3. 具备数据总结和分析能力，能独立输出基础运营分析结论；
4. 熟练使用主流AI工具，如 GPT、Gemini 等；
5. 英语为必须工作语言，能够作为日常工作语言使用；
6. 能适应移动办公节奏。
