Job Description:

As an Art Director, you will lead a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers and motion graphic artists, to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns. You will shape the visual stories of our clients' brands while ensuring creativity aligns with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually compelling ideas for campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events.
• Develop and execute comprehensive ideas aligned with client marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• Provide art direction and visual guidance to campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Create storyboards, scamps, and sketches for video content to communicate creative intent.
• Collaborate to maintain consistent visual identity across all client deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align creative concepts with project briefs.
• Present concepts and incorporate client feedback to refine creative output.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tech innovations, and creative techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in graphic design, visual communication, or similar.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a creative role with at least 3 years in a design or art-based role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and UX/UI design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles aligned with marketing objectives.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage an art team.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
