Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue growth. This role aligns marketing with sales objectives, manages external agencies, and ensures high-quality brand execution across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy and Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Lead Generation and Marketing Execution: Plan and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth
• Sales Alignment and Support: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
• Content and Collateral: Oversee creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral
• Digital Marketing: Manage digital channels including SEO, paid ads, and social media
• Exhibitions and Events: Plan and execute trade shows, events, and industry exhibitions
• Customer Experience: Enhance customer journey and engagement across touchpoints
• Market Expansion: Support entry into new markets and identify growth opportunities
• Budget and ROI: Manage marketing budget and track performance to ensure ROI
• Agency and Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers
• Travel and Implementation: Travel as needed to support marketing initiatives, particularly in Australia
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (experience in construction or building materials is preferred)
• Strong background in digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, social media)
• Solid commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Proven experience managing agencies and external vendors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in organizing exhibitions and events
• Willingness to travel frequently to Australia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 Php
• Work Set up: Remote
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 48 hours a week Melbourne Time (AEST)
