Job Description

Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries chat or messaging platforms in both Thai and English.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Understand company products/services to effectively answer questions and resolve concerns.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
  • Translate documents or communications from English to Korean (and vice versa), if needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Thai and English
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and other communication tools.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required.


Fluent in speaking ThaiEnglish Language
