Chat Support Advisor (Remote)

As an Online Chat Specialist, you must create a safe space to users while upholding the company’s mission, vision and values by creating meaningful experiences for them through thoughtful, engaging and professional conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with user via chat to provide support and solutions to their inquiries

• Build strong relationships with users by providing thoughtful, empathetic and personalized support

• Effectively communicate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences

• Document user interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions

• Navigate company tools and platforms and maximizing using them for user support

• Continuously improve through coaching, training and regular performance feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English written, communication and speaking skills

• Must be a College Graduate• 50+ words per minute (WPM) typing speed

• Must have a personal laptop or PC

• Must have a stable high-speed internet and electricity connections

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, relationship or client management is an advantage but not required

TRAINING SCHEDULE

During the training period, all new hires are required to attend training from 9:00AM to 6:15PM (PHT), Monday to Friday.

Training is fully paid and designed to prepare you for success in your role.

Regular Working Shifts:

• Shift A: 3:30AM - 10:30AM (PHT)

• Shift B: 9:30AM - 4:30PM (PHT)

• Shift C: 3:30PM - 10:30PM (PHT)
