**Spot Asset Listing Operations Manager**

**You Will Be Responsible For**

- Leading the end-to-end operations for spot asset listings, including pre-listing preparations, listing coordination, post-listing optimization, and performance tuning.

- Keenly identifying trending assets, sectors, and topics in spot trading, leveraging forward-looking market insights to proactively uncover opportunities.

- Deeply participating in mainstream spot trading campaigns: independently planning, executing, and owning results, with data-driven decision making.

- Managing external communications and collaborating seamlessly with project teams throughout the listing lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Cryptocurrency Evaluation**: Assess the listing potential of emerging crypto projects by conducting in-depth analysis of their technology, market feasibility, team strength, and long-term growth prospects.

- **Due Diligence**: Execute comprehensive risk assessments and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and safeguard exchange security.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with compliance, marketing, engineering, legal, and other teams to streamline the listing process and resolve bottlenecks.

- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitor listing activities, and sector developments to recommend high-potential assets and maintain platform competitiveness.

- **Campaign Execution**: Design and operate spot trading events, track key metrics such as trading volume, liquidity, and user engagement, and continuously optimize performance.

- **Documentation Management**: Oversee all listing-related documentation, including contracts, legal papers, and internal audit records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- **Performance Analysis**: Continuously monitor post-listing asset performance metrics, analyze trading data, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.

- **Community and Stakeholder Engagement**: Build relationships with project teams, industry opinion leaders, and crypto communities to create momentum for listings and gather real-time feedback.

- **Reporting**: Deliver clear, data-driven listing performance reports, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking to management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or crypto/blockchain certifications preferred.

- **Experience**: 3+ years of hands-on listing, token operations, or spot trading experience at a leading exchange or related institution, with proven live listing execution.

- **Skills**:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.

- Strong data analysis skills; proficient with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, and similar tools for data processing and visualization.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; capable of efficiently coordinating between project teams and internal departments.

- Deep understanding of crypto regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC/AML, SEC, MiCA) and risk control measures.

- Proven track record in market research, trend forecasting, and campaign ROI analysis.

- **Passion for Crypto**: Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain, DeFi, meme coins, and the broader digital asset ecosystem—you were born for this field.

**Nice-to-Haves**

- Experience listing high-market-cap assets (e.g., top 50 tokens).

- Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, and Glassnode.

- An established industry network within the crypto ecosystem (e.g., venture capital firms, project founders, protocol teams).
