工作职责
1：负责充提资金安全管控建设，覆盖假流水入账、异常授信加余额、绕过充值链路后提现等高风险场景的业务规则设计与防控落地，对接安全、产研、内控多方推动评估与实施
2：负责数字资产充值、提现、结算数据日常监控，识别异常充提行为、共用地址、新注册账户集中充提、异常净提出、区域/代理聚集等风险线索
3：跟进充值未入账、链上 hash 异常、钱包链路异常等问题，推动客服、钱包、风控、安全、产研信息闭环
4：梳理出入金风控需求，将业务风险转化为规则、流程、字段口径和监控报表
5：负责链上 Gas 成本与提现链路成本监控，分析手续费变化与链路选择异常
6：对接钱包、KYT、支付/链路服务商，跟进接口能力、费用、限额、风险标签等事项
任职要求
1：有充提资金安全管控、审核流程改造、授信/分发加币风控、内部权限滥用防控等项目经验者优先
2：理解「充值链上到账」与「账户余额变化」之间的风险差异，能识别仅靠链上对账无法覆盖的攻击路径
3：熟悉常见数字资产链路基础流程（USDT/BTC/ETH/TRX/BSC 等）
4：能识别共用地址、批量新号、小额试探、大额净提出等常见异常模式
5：熟练使用 Excel，具备数据清洗、分组统计和异常定位能力；有 SQL / Python 经验加分
6：逻辑清晰，能将复杂风险场景转化为业务可执行的规则与复核建议
7：有 Arkham、Elliptic、TRM、MistTrack、KYT 等工具使用经验加分
