- Monitors of all field parameters.
- Checking and monitoring of all process equipment performance, especially all rotating equipment.
- Observes any changes in the operation.
- Monitors rotameter flow and adjust accordingly.
- Monitors boiler and water softener operation, manual blowdown every hour, refill industrial salt, and boiler mate.
- Monitors cooling tower operation manually replenish water in basin if needed, monitor consumption and refill chemicals as needed.
- Monitors instrument air compressor check pressure and drain water in pressured vessel
- Monitors water tank level and refill if needed.
- Lines up valves in tank farm area either in raw material or finish product storage tanks.
- Inputs all parameter reading in excel file/ MS word
