Responsibilities:

• Design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable buildings using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Consult with clients on needs, budget, and materials; advise on sustainable options.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and designers; resolve stakeholder concerns.
• Prepare plans, blueprints, contracts, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Oversee construction, conduct site visits, ensure quality, safety, and legal compliance.
• Address unforeseen issues and adapt designs or timelines as needed.
