Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and property development projects
- Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality execution
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and technical drawings
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
- Manage project resources, materials, and timelines effectively
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of project processes and handover procedures
