JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Marketer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into clients. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage prospective clients for available real estate properties.

• Promote and market company property listings through online and offline channels.

• Generate leads via networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media platforms.

• Conduct property inspections, presentations, and site visits with clients.

• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.

• Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and payment plans.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase visibility.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related fields.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.

• Good negotiation and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
