Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property sales and brand positioning
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
• Generate and manage leads to support the sales team in achieving targets
• Oversee content creation (property listings, visuals, videos, promotional materials)
• Manage the company’s online presence across all digital platforms
• Coordinate property launches, site inspections, and marketing events
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Collaborate with sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in marketing (real estate experience is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management
• Experience managing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage
