Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Real Estate VA) to support our client in managing transactions, client communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with property listings, including preparing descriptions and uploading information to MLS and real estate websites.
  • Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
  • Support the scheduling of property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on properties, neighborhoods, and competitive listings.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely responses and support.
  • Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
  • Maintain social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts to promote listings.
  • Track and manage deadlines for offers, inspections, and closings.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.


Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed - various US timezones
