Recruitment Specialist– Social Media Sourcing

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Facebook, social media platforms, online communities, and other digital channels to attract and engage candidates.

This is not a traditional HR administrative role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and results-driven in sourcing talent through social media and online recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Job Boards, and other online channels
• Create and publish engaging recruitment content and job advertisements
• Manage and grow recruitment groups, pages, and communities
• Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain candidate relationships
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
• Track recruitment performance and optimize sourcing strategies
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM (Philippine Time)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Proven experience recruiting through Facebook and other social media platforms
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, and other online sourcing channels
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Own a personal computer or laptop suitable for daily work
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection
• Have a backup internet solution (mobile data, pocket WiFi, etc.)
• Have a reliable power backup solution in case of power outages (power station, generator, UPS, or equivalent)
• Able to work full-time and maintain a professional remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting remote employees
• Experience with international recruitment
• Experience managing recruitment campaigns and social media advertisements
• Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools
