The Loving Marketers is a growing digital marketing consultancy on a mission to help places of worship and non-profits secure and manage the $10,000/month Google Ad Grant. Most organizations don’t even know this "free money" exists—your job is to tell them about it and show them how we can manage it for them.

The Role:

This is an outbound sales role. You will be calling and emailing decision-makers (Pastors, Executive Directors, Marketing Directors) at churches, places of worship and 501(c)(3) nonprofits to educate them on the Google Ad Grant and closing them on our management services and courses.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact eligible nonprofits and places of worship (leads provided) by phone and email.
• Educate leaders on how the $10,000/month Google Grant works.
• Schedule educational calls and/or close management packages (we provide the script and training).
• Manage a simple CRM to track your leads.

Who You Are:

• An Authentic Communicator: You are comfortable on the phone and can explain complex ideas simply.
• Mission-Driven: You love the idea of helping a place of worship grow its congregation or a charitable non profit find more donors and volunteers.
• Self-Starter: You don’t need a boss hovering over you to hit your daily dials.
• Patient and Tenacious: You will be calling 100 organizations per day and will face rejection daily. Also, working with nonprofits often means waiting on board decisions before closing. We ask you to prepare to stay with us for at least 6 months. 
• Experienced in Education and Sales Closing: Please detail your experiences in closing in past positions, including what you sold and sales data. The more details the better. 

Compensation:

• This is a contract commission-only position and may be open to additional base pay after initial 30-90 days.
• Competitive Commission: Earn $500-$1000 per closed service account that stays for at least 90 days, $350-$500 up front, $150-$500 after 90 days.
• Performance Bonuses: Extra rewards for hitting monthly targets after 90 days.
• Residual Income: Earn a $50 monthly "thank you" bonus for every client you bring in that stays with us longer than 90 days.
• Earn over $180,000 per year and feel good doing it!

Technical & Reliability Requirements:

Power Backup: You must have a dedicated power backup system (Inverter, UPS, or Solar) to ensure 99% uptime during US business hours.

High-Speed Internet: A stable connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload/download) with a secondary backup data source.

Quiet Workspace: A professional, noise-controlled environment for clear calling.
