Sales Representative – Commission-Based + Hourly

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and experienced in generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing deals.Generate new leads through outreach and prospecting

Responsibility
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients (phone & email)
Set up meetings or walkthroughs with clients
Deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Close sales deals successfully
Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently
