Perform in-depth analysis of advertising data to identify issues, uncover patterns, and provide multi-dimensional optimization recommendations for audience targeting, ad products, creative images, and copy. 3. Define creative direction and requirements based on product and media characteristics; collaborate with design and video teams to produce advertising assets and shooting scripts. 4. Research and evaluate new ad formats; identify, test, and scale innovative delivery methods. 5. Maintain and cultivate long-term partnerships with advertising channels; negotiate placement strategies with online and offline media to achieve efficient resource integration. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in in-feed advertising, with proven expertise in account setup, optimization, and data analysis on major platforms. 2. Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with online ad tracking; proficient in data analysis tools and accountable for campaign performance. 3. Experience in advertising financial products is a plus.
