The Associate Media Manager is responsible for ensuring the excellence of digital campaign execution. The core purpose of the role is to deliver strong media performance and high ROl for clients while building the technical and analytical skills of the internal media team. You will act as a strategic partner to clients and a bridge between various internal departments (Creative, Strategy, and Accounts) to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
Key Requirements & Skills
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Social Media Advertising (TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite), Google Ads, Programmatic/DSPs, and Google Analytics.
• Leadership: Proven ability to balance performance delivery with people leadership and mentoring.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical internal teams and high-level clients.
• Logistics: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines; open to a flexible remote/onsite work arrangement.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Leadership & Performance
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including trafficking, monitoring, and cross-platform optimization.
• Ensure all campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and within the allocated budget.
• Monitor KPIs (Reach, Engagement, Conversions, ROAS) and proactively identify risks or performance improvements.
• Champion testing frameworks and innovation to maintain data integrity and tracking accuracy across platforms.
2. Team Mentorship & Management
• Guide and mentor Media Specialists and Analysts on campaign setup and reporting best practices.
• Review team outputs before submission to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and professional development support.
• Manage workload distribution to ensure the team meets deadlines and feels supported.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
3. Client Partnership & Strategy
• Act as the primary point of contact for campaign-related concerns and escalations.
• Prepare and present insightful reports that go beyond raw numbers to provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Creative and Strategy teams.
• Confidentially present performance updates and future optimization plans to clients.
