We need a designer who can make ours look and feel just as sharp.

The Role

We need a visual-first UI designer to own the look and feel of our trading platform and all visual outputs. This is not a UX/product design role — our CPO handles all product design and interaction flows. You’ll be working from detailed product specs and wireframes, focusing on:

Core UI work:

• Visual refinement of trading interface pages (order book, position panel, event cards, charts)

• Component library maintenance and expansion in Figma

• Responsive web design (desktop-first, mobile-responsive)

• Dark mode trading UI (our primary theme)

• Icon design and micro-interactions

Brand & marketing visuals:

• Social media graphics (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram)

• Campaign banners, event promotional materials

• Landing page visual design

• Brand guideline maintenanceWhat We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 2+ years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio showing visual craft

• Experience designing trading/financial/data-heavy interfaces (CEX, DEX, DeFi, fintech dashboards)

• Proficient in Figma and different AI tools

• Available for at least 20 hours/week (full-time preferred)

Strong plus:

• Web3/crypto industry experience

• Experience with dark-mode, data-dense interfaces

• Motion design / micro-animation skills (Lottie, After Effects)

• Can deliver marketing/social media visuals in addition to product UI

Not required:

• UX research or product strategy skills (CPO covers this)

• Front-end development skills

• Being in a specific timezone (async-first, but some overlap with UTC+8 business hours is helpful)
