Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior product manager in Web3, with a strong background in underlying technology and application development, including capabilities on Ethereum and Solana platforms. The ideal candidate will help drive innovation and expansion of the company's Web3 products and play a key role in both underlying technology and front-end applications (such as liquidity pools).

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy Development:

Analyze Web3 market dynamics to identify new market opportunities and product improvement solutions.

Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth.

2. Underlying Technology Management:

Responsible for managing and applying blockchain underlying technologies, including consensus mechanisms, decentralized storage, and network protocols.

Oversee core technology development on Ethereum and Solana platforms, guiding the team in effective technical implementation.

3. Application Layer Development:

Design and manage decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, including liquidity pools, decentralized exchanges (DEX), and lending protocols.

Work closely with the development team to ensure the efficiency and security of smart contracts from design to deployment.

4. Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from proof of concept, development, launch, to ongoing iteration management.

Collect and analyze user and market feedback to continuously optimize product features and user experience.

5. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

Work closely with development, marketing, operations, and design teams to drive continuous product optimization and updates.

Lead user research and utilize data to drive product optimization decisions.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Work Experience:

At least 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years of experience related to Web3 or blockchain.

Successful cases in underlying technologies (such as consensus mechanisms and P2P networks) and application layers (such as DeFi liquidity pools, smart contract development).

3. Skills Required:

A deep understanding of both the underlying and application layers of blockchain technology, including Ethereum and Solana.

Familiarity with Solidity and Rust smart contract development, with experience in security auditing.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing complex projects.
