- 职责
- 与客户沟通，向他们提供有关各种产品和服务的必要信息
- 处理入站和出站电话项目
- 根据客户的咨询进行入站和出站电话
- 从客户那里获取额外信息，评估客户对客户产品或服务的兴趣，并/或将客户温暖转接给服务提供者
- 在一个典型的工作日中，专注于单一项目或被要求处理多个项目
- 不时分配的其他任务
- 薪酬
- 基础薪资 Php 40,000.00
- 语言津贴 Php 40,000 - Php 50,000，具体依据语言能力或证书
- 夜班差异津贴 15%，适用于晚上10点到早上6点的工作
- 完美出勤奖金 Php 1,500.00*
- 公用事业津贴 Php 750（转正后为1,500）
- 最低津贴 Php 1,500（转正后为2,000）
- 签约奖金 Php 5,000.00*
- 里程碑奖金 Php 2,500.00*
- 班次和时间表
- 夜班
- 在菲律宾假期工作
