- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduate/Student acceptable)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language and strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
