  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or outside sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in lead generation techniques, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, sourcing talent, and teamwork.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and cultivate new leads, maintain relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some travel to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, results-oriented, excellent communicator, and adaptable.
