Job Responsibilities 1. Risk Control System Development: Design and implement an exchange risk control system from the ground up, covering the full lifecycle of account behavior analysis, trading risk control, agent risk control, rebate risk control and fund management. 2. Requirement Analysis and Product Design: Deeply understand business scenarios (spot, futures, agency, rebates, promotions, etc.), identify core risk points, produce requirement documents, PRDs and flowcharts, and drive R&D and implementation. 3. Risk Control Rules Engine Construction: Build a configurable risk control rules library (e.g., anomalous order detection, bot arbitrage identification, rebate anomaly freezing, risk-scoring models) with support for rapid expansion and tuning. 4. AI and Data-Driven Risk Control Integration: Collaborate with the data team to design behavioral analysis models, leveraging trading data, on-chain data and device/IP characteristics to build user profiles for real-time risk interception and alerts. 5. Risk Monitoring and Response Mechanism: Establish a risk control backend to support real-time monitoring, alerts, freeze/unfreeze operations and appeal reviews, creating a complete closed-loop process. 6. Compliance and Security Collaboration: Liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure risk control strategies meet international regulatory requirements; partner with the security team to integrate risk control and security frameworks. 7. Risk Strategy Optimization: Regularly review risk control effectiveness using live data, iterate strategies and balance security, user experience and platform growth objectives. Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Risk Management or related fields. 2. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of risk control product experience in internet, finance or exchange environments, including at least 2 years building risk control systems from scratch. - Prior experience in exchanges, internet finance, payment companies or risk control SaaS is a plus. 3. Skills: - Proficient in exchange operations (spot, futures, agency, rebates) and common risk scenarios (bot arbitrage, wash trading, coupon seekers, multi-account fraud, abnormal withdrawals). - Familiar with core risk control technologies, including rules engines, whitelist/blacklist systems, device fingerprinting and behavioral modeling. - Able to draft clear requirement documents and product prototypes, and drive the full development, testing and launch lifecycle. Capabilities - Excellent data analysis skills, capable of designing risk metrics and models based on trading data. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to coordinate product, development, compliance and operations teams. - Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and handle crises under high-pressure conditions. Preferred - Experience in AI-driven risk control, on-chain monitoring or anti-money laundering (AML). - Experience building risk control teams at exchanges or large financial institutions.
