1. Social Media Management

- Responsible for overall planning and execution across major channels such as X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.

- Familiar with platform algorithms and policies, able to leverage trending topics, engagement mechanisms, and visual content to boost organic traffic.

- Produce diverse content (short posts, memes, videos, AMA topics) and establish a user UGC incentive system.

2. Content Planning and Creativity

- Build an “Idea Library” to stock executable creative topics and campaign plans, ensuring content continuity and differentiation.

- Package product selling points (VIP upgrades, tiered commissions, rapid options, agency program, etc.) into user-friendly and shareable content.

3. Community Operations

- Manage and maintain community atmosphere, design activities and discussion topics, and motivate users to participate and share.

- Identify and cultivate “potential community leaders,” converting regular users into core members.

- Foster a healthy community culture that encourages users to stay, invite friends, and organically promote the group.

4. Data and Feedback

- Track social media and community metrics (impressions, engagement rate, retention rate, UGC volume).

- Analyze user feedback to optimize content and activity mechanisms, developing replicable growth models.

1. Proven success with social media accounts or community cases (follower count, engagement metrics, viral growth data).

2. Experience with cross-language/cross-market social media strategies (SEA, Middle East, India, or Europe & Americas).

3. Experience collaborating with KOLs or agencies.

4. Deep engagement as a crypto community user, able to quickly resonate with the target audience.


1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of social media/community management experience; Web3 or international market experience preferred.

2. In-depth understanding of mainstream social media platform algorithms and rules (X, Telegram, Discord), able to leverage mechanisms for effective dissemination.

3. Strong content creativity and planning skills, capable of independently designing memes, activity topics, AMAs, and UGC campaigns.

4. Experience in community atmosphere management, knowing how to transform members from passive participants into proactive community leaders.

5. Data-driven mindset, able to review and optimize content and operational strategies based on key metrics.
