  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk support and MS Office; strong English language skills; excellent time management, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative support, manage schedules, assist with communication, and maintain records efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily remote work, flexible hours with potential for occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
