Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Sales-Retail/ General or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Background/experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticalspromptly is an advantage.
  • With exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration, ideal accounts receivable management within an assigned territory, and/or market segment.
  • Effectively market and sell company products.
  • Preferably residing in Isabela.

Job Description:

  • Generates new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
  • Present price, credit, and terms by standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the availability of in-stock items.
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
  • Increase sales and average order size using cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sale items.
  • Educate customers about the terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product-relatedcomplaintsSet up, sales, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
  • Setup and maintain customer files.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team.
  • Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminalscomputers, and other common office equipment and software.
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
