Role Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Staff to join our warehouse team in Maligaya Street, Marilao, Bulacan. This on-site role involves supporting daily administrative operations, managing invoices and finance-related tasks, and ensuring the smooth and organized functioning of the office.

The ideal candidate is someone who values both structure and collaboration, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive compensation package starting at ₱18,000, with potential incentives based on performance and contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and basic finance tracking
  • Organize and maintain accurate office records and filing systems
  • Facilitate internal communication and coordination among team members
  • Assist in other operational tasks as needed to ensure office efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative work, invoicing, and basic financial tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on-site and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • High school graduate or equivalent; a background in Office Administration is an advantage
