The Business Development Associate is the operational engine that supports revenue generation by converting candidate engagements into formal job offers. Utilizing the visume platform for enhanced candidate profiling and video-based introductions, the BDA ensures that every touchpoint—from initial contact to offer acceptance—is managed efficiently. In addition, the BDA is responsible for maintaining robust CRM data management, tracking candidate journeys, and ensuring that trial assessments and interviews progress effectively to maximize conversion rates.


Job Offer & Candidate Pipeline Management

  • Proactively follow up on job offers to confirm candidate statuses, update requirements, and secure placements.
  • Leverage the visume platform to review and endorse video resumes, ensuring that only the best-suited candidates progress in the pipeline.

Trial & Interview Coordination:

  • Ensure that trial assessments and interviews are scheduled, executed, and tracked effectively—collecting timely feedback and addressing any issues to facilitate smooth transitions toward formal job offers.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline that directly contributes to formal job offer conversion.

Client & Employer Communications

  • Manage email and phone communications to address open position inquiries, update on candidate visa statuses, and clarify sponsorship eligibility and costs.
  • Utilize standardized templates and visume data insights to provide clear, consistent updates to employers.
  • Follow up on required documentation (e.g., signatures on job offers, certificates, training agreements) to expedite closure.

Account Management & Cross-Department Coordination

  • Participate in regular B2B catch-up meetings to review current partnerships, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities for job offers.
  • Update live status dashboards and CRM records—integrating visume performance metrics—to ensure real-time transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with the Visa & Compliance and Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely document submission and invoice follow-ups.

CRM, Data Management & Offer Tracking

  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all candidate interactions, ensuring each candidate's journey—from initial contact to job offer acceptance—is well-documented.
  • Data Insights: Utilize CRM data to monitor the progress of job offers, identify trends, and streamline follow-ups.
  • Offer Tracking: Ensure timely transitions by tracking every step from job offer formulation to candidate acceptance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Arts or Sciences, Psychology and Human Resources
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - Very good command of the English language and at least one foreign language
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in the same role, in a small to medium-sized company from any industry
  • Ability to travel
  • Willing to report onsite
