- Responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering information about products and services.
- Serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Handles interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Maintains accurate records, follows up on customer issues, and escalates complex cases when necessary.

- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and a commitment to customer satisfaction are key to success in this position.
