Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical works.
  • Supervise a team of electricians and coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
  • Computer literate (MS Office); English required, Arabic is an advantage


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance supervision
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments, including industrial settings
  • Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with petrochemical industry processes and ISO standards
  • Strong knowledge in mechanical, electro-technical, civil, hydraulic systems & instrumentation
  • Hands-on experience with AC units, fire protection, lighting, plumbing, and civil works
